0165(2)(b) in the child care room and dining room - the window blinds need to be secure; at the moment it has two strips of commercial velcro and needs to add a third one in the middle to secure them. 0165(2)(d) in the kitchen had plastic bags that are accessible. 0165(3)(g) in the kitchen - the backsplash has backsplash that is exposing drywall and the floor under the garbage has playwood.
